I have been partnering with Lyra Health since October 2022 as a full-time Mental Health Coach for their Blended Care Coordinator Team. Through this partnership I have been able to work with 139+ clients and complete over 486 sessions in this short time as a provider.

I am also currently a provider at Modern Health and have been able to partner with them to further my training and development as a MHC. My books on MH are currently closed due to my high caseload.

Prior to my current hours, I had over 200 hours of specific coach training alongside 500+ paid/pro-bono hours and have been peer- reviewed and approved to ensure efficacy. I am proud to be an internationally licensed ACC through the International Coaching Federation.
